Item Description Every effort is made to make descriptions of items offered for sale as accurate as possible. All such information is presented in good faith, but we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions. The purchaser is responsible for making sure that the item meets their requirements before committing to purchase. The “Item Inquiry” facility is available to assist in this process. All product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
Image Accuracy Photographs will be used to support the descriptions. Although, a picture is always better than a thousand words, the actual quality of the items will be presented with certain degree of distortion in color and size.
Natural Variations Due to the nature of minerals and other natural products, actual items mailed to you may vary from the picture shown on our web page. Buying natural products from photos is not advised unless you have previous experience with the products being purchased.
Availability All orders are subject to acceptance by the Joy of Beading™. With thousands of items in inventory, it is very difficult to keep track on all items in our inventory. There may be time when an item you ordered is not in stock. In such case, a refund will be issued and a notification email will also be sent to you. Clearance items posted on our web site have limited quantities may not be in stock in our retail stores.
Price All prices appearing in our web site or other electronic and printed media are subject to change without prior notice. Prices at our retail stores may be different from the price published on our web site due to increased cost for merchandise handling, packaging, restocking etc. If you find a lower price on our web site, print the item page and bring it within 3 days to one of our retail stores and we may issue store credit for the price difference. All store credit issued can be used only at our retail locations within 30 days. To check if you qualify for store credit, email us at service@joyofbeading.com or call 703 532 3336. We don’t price match items sold at special events (e.g., anniversary, clearance or liquidation sales) as well as typographical errors.
Minimum orders No minimum order.
Payments Joy of Beading® can only process on-line orders paid with a valid credit card. If you prefer not purchasing your item using our on-line cart system, please call 703-532-3336 to make other arrangements.
Sales Tax : A sales tax of 5% is added on all orders shipped to Virginia addresses.
Shipping
: Shipping is FREE in the USA on orders $50.00 or more with USPS. All other shipping methods are charged according to table or UPS pricing. Merchandise is shipped via USPS with standard insurance unless otherwise specified by the customer (additional charges may apply.)
Specified USPS delivery times are based on USPS delivery time schedule. USPS deserves the right to not guarantee delivery times.
International Shipping:Contact us with your order and location for accurate shipping charge. Buyer is responsible for any and all charges incurred by customs
Additional Shipping Information: UPS Shipping charges are calculated instantly online during ordering process. UPS charges vary depending on shipping location. UPS charges are calculated in the shipping calculator section in our floating cart. In case of change of address customer is responsible for additional charges that may occur. Note that shipments sent via USPS can not change address. Note that USPS does not accept special requests on delivery such as "back door delivery". Delivery delays due to inclement weather for which we are not responsible will not be reimbursed.
Tracking shipments: UPS shipments can be tracked on-line. Follow the link of your order or simply visit ups.com and enter your tracking number.
In case a customer requests special shipping method to be applied to his/her order, please contact us at 703-532-3336 for further instructions.
All merchandise is checked carefully for any damage before shipping. If a product should arrive damaged, please call IMMEDIATELY 703-532-3336 for further instructions. Damaged goods not reported within 24 hours of receipt are assumed received in perfect condition and will not be refundable.
Returns:
Only items that have been purchased directly from Joy of Beading® Online Store can be returned. Joy of Beading® products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
The following items are not eligible for return nor exchange: special orders, custom designed jewelry, books, magazines, tools, cut strands (gemstones, pearls, etc.), chains, wire, beading wire, cords, threads, art clay, glue and other liquid items that have been opened, pre-packaged items that have been opened, items on sale or discontinued at the time of purchase.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date we send it to you. Please ensure that the item(s) you're returning are in their original packaging, including all the parts, supplies, cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it. Any merchandise returned must be in a completely unaltered state as when it was sent to you or 15% restocking fee will be deducted.
If you received a wholesale discount, or any other special discount that required a minimum order and your return causes the value of your order to drop below that said minimum, we reserve the right to deduct those discounted amounts from your credit. All refunds for a return will be exclusive of shipping charges.
To make a return, please print and fill out the Return Form and sent it with your return for processing. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice.
