What is the difference between online and retail prices?
Pricing online is usually cheaper than at our retail shops, as buying online does not include professional in-store advice from a qualified professional. Prices at our retail shop may vary to cover the cost of stocking, handling and display, while giving you the opportunity to physically handle and size the product if necessary.
How to return/exchange an order?
All orders can be returned/exchanged in our retail locations, or via mail. Orders returned to our retail locations will receive store credit only. The store credit will be valid for 30 days from the returned date and will be applicable for retail store purchase only.
Return your items with a copy of the invoice. Please include a note as to why you are returning the item and what you would like in exchange of the returned merchandise. Returned items must be in original packaging and free from defects.Exchanges do not qualify for free shipping. Can I return/exchange any online purchase to your retail stores?
You may return items purchased online at our retail stores to receive store credit. This store credit will be valid for 30 days from the returned date and will be applicable for retail store purchase only.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card,Checks and Money Orders. You may also place your order and pay for it by phone at 703-241-2877 weekdays between the hours of 11am and 7pm EST. We cannot accept international money orders or non US checks.
What is the discount for wholesale purchase?
There is no specific percentage for wholesale. If you are interested in buying larger quantity, please email us desired items and quantity at service@joyofbeading.com and we will send you an offer.
When will you ship my order?
We do our best to get your goodies out to you as quickly as possible. We ship orders Monday - Friday, usually within 24 hours of payment with the exception of holidays. If you have a Beading Emergency, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
