JUNIOR PARTIES

Make your child’s next party memorable. Our beading parties are so much fun! Children have a chance to be creative, to utilize their imagination and to acquire a sense of pride in their accomplishment. We offer a variety of party projects for Junior Beaders priced from $25 and up per guest (all materials and fees are included). It typically takes 60 to 90 minutes to complete each project. We will assist you with design, selecting materials, and completing the projects. Some restrictions in the design and material selection apply. Ask for details.

PRIVATE EVENTS

Whether it's a Birthday Party, a Bachelorette Party, Girls' Night Out or a Parent & Child Beading Party, you'll enjoy it more at Joy of Beading!

The Studio room can also be reserved for groups of 4 or more. No fees will be charged for room rental, with a minimum store purchase of $35 per guest.

Another option is to pay for the cost of your materials plus a Studio Fee of $15 per person. Private Events may be booked for a period of up to 2 hours. Arrangements can be made to extend the duration of the event, or to hold a party after hours. Our staff will assist you in the design and selection of materials for your projects. "How to" demonstrations are free. Labor charges apply if you ask us to complete your projects.

POLICIES

Only registered participants can be present in the classroom. At least one parent/guardian must be present if children under the age of 14 are in attendance. Food will not be permitted in the Studio room before the projects are completed. Speak with our staff if you would like to bring a cake and/or beverages. You are welcome to bring decorations and paper goods of your choice.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refunds are available if the cancellation is made at least three days before the event. We will refund your deposit less a $5 handling fee. Cancellations made after that time will receive credit for store merchandise only, less the $5 handling fee.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Please call 703-532-3336 for information regarding cancellations due to inclement weather. We reserve the right to cancel classes and other events with a two hour notice. A full refund will be given if we have to cancel your event.
